Energy auditing is a means to review an existing facility and look for ways to lower costs by saving energy. A site survey is conducted to review the existing facility and then various cost-saving alterations are considered (e.g. installing LED lights, new thermostats, new windows, etc). In many cases, an energy model can help determine what changes will give the best return on investment. After carefully considering the options, a final report is provided to the client with recommendations for improvements to the site.
