From a single office in a warehouse to a multistory facility we are prepared to design your office.

Building design typically includes creating construction drawings and specifications for use during permitting, bidding and construction.  The amount of documentation can vary greatly depending on the building size and whether or not the project will go out for bidding.  This type of design utilizes most of our services including mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering along with energy modeling/analysis, energy auditing (for a renovation or expansion) and construction administration.
